A new body hoping to represent the independent Home Information Pack provider launched yesterday. The Independent Pack Providers Association (IPPA) was setup by the growing army of Domestic Energy Assessors and Home Inspectors forced into providing HIPs because of low fees... but you have to prove your worth to join!
