Over 2 Million EPCs Lodged in One Year

The number of (RdSAP) EPCs lodged for the twelve month period ending June 2009 broke two million, ending at 2,030,224

Full domestic SAP EPCs totalled 205,586 for the same period.

I knocked up a graph to illustrate the monthly volumes for the period.

Notable peaks occur October 08 (266,954 EPCs) and Mar 09 (195,410) when the race to procure rental EPCs and the impact of the ending of First Day Marketing kicked in respectively.

Of course, we won't really have "normalised" numbers (free of extraordinary peaks) until at least April 2010. Plus there are probably other anomalies skewing the figures such as whether a property has both a RdSAP and SAP EPC; or the surge of RSLs exagerating demand.

But... more fodder for the training providers' sales patter, eh!
