Domestic Energy Assessors may need to upgrade their qualifications to partake in a major initiative expected to be announced tomorrow in a joint statement by the CLG and DECC. Both departments are set to declare a massive program of works to improve the energy efficiency (and reduce carbon emissions) of existing homes, according to The Guardian.
