EPCs: Social Housing Pilot Summary
The CLG today published a final evaluation report into the pilot roll-out of Energy Performance Certificates to social housing and rental properties last year. Also, I'm not going to mention rental properties requiring EPCs from today... but work instructions are definitely up!
