You know what it's like when calling BT - Each time a new person deals with your query; each time you have to go through the whole story again.

Spare a thought, then, for all those HIP stakeholders and Civil Servants that have spent the last 10 years advising the merry-go-round of Housing Minister's to have come and gone.

Only months after Yvette Cooper replaced Ruth Kelly as Housing Minister, we have yet another one: Caroline Flint.
