Find nearest energy assessor upgrade

Just conducted a search utilising the long-awaited 'Find nearest energy assessor' upgrade to the HCR register. The new search feature is supposed to enable members of the public to "cluster" energy assessors closest to the specified postcode, presumably.

Computer says no

Results for postcode searches [BA], [BA2], [CH] and [SW1] return: “is not a valid postcode - please enter a valid postcode”.

[BA] and [BA2] are postcodes the website cites as example searches.

Other DEAs, commenting on the Home Inspector Forum (HCR Register), have noticed other problems too.

SNAFU what a great tool!
Not only do my details not appear under any search argument but when I use my home postcode I get DEA's from 10-12 miles away.

After all, plenty of single DEAs knocking about now, thanks to the Government's calamitous roll out.
