Date set back to 19th September 2008

The CLG has apparently delayed a planned RdSAP update, scheduled for release this weekend, until 22nd September 2008.

Details are a bit scant but I do know, according to one accreditation scheme manager I spoke to a few weeks ago, that the software requirements needed to implement the update were apparently only dumped on them around three weeks ago, causing a major headache on top of the work going on to prepare for October's various launch dates (rental, DECs etc..).
