I have worked in the domestic energy efficiency industry for over 7 years now. Between August 2000 & May 2007 I carried out over 7000 domestic energy assessments (using RdSAP software) whilst working on the Government funded "Warm Front" scheme. In 2005, following 2 years of study with The College of Estate Management, I graduated with a Diploma in Surveying Practice.

Profile

The energy assessment I perform on your home will produce a legally recognised Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

If you are selling your home, you can safely include this Energy Performance Certificate within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

Remember, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) must belong to a Government-approved accreditation scheme which monitors work and makes checks against the Criminal Records Bureau.
