Having 28yrs in the building industry as a builder, building inspector & surveyor, I can provide a fast, competant energy assessment of your property. I was one of the first DEA's to be accredited last year, having executed almost 100 EPC's (which is a substantial quantity!) on various sizes/ styles of houses. Most of my clients are solicitors, whom I can provide details of if you wish for verification/endorsment. I am flexible in when I can carry out a survey, often within a few hours after your request; I provide the report shortly after my visit, usually the same day. I will travel further than 10 miles, however at an increased rate to cover my overheads, which I'm sure you understand.
