Hi, I was formerly a quality auditor registered with BSI and qualified as a DEA in September 2007, since when I have supplied a local Unversity with Energy certificates for their managed houses, Estate agents, Hip provides, Landlords, and private individuals. Operating throughout the West Midlands I can provide a good service at the right price.

The energy assessment I perform on your home will produce a legally recognised Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

If you are selling your home, you can safely include this Energy Performance Certificate within your Home Information Pack (HIP).

Remember, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) must belong to a Government-approved accreditation scheme which monitors work and makes checks against the Criminal Records Bureau.
