A quick note on Google Maps: If the location of the Domestic Energy Assessor is displayed in a foreign country, this is a known issue with Google Maps and their data providers. It should only affect a minority of listings.
The energy assessment I perform on your home will produce a legally recognised Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
If you are selling your home, you can safely include this Energy Performance Certificate within your Home Information Pack (HIP).
Remember, a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) must belong to a Government-approved accreditation scheme which monitors work and makes checks against the Criminal Records Bureau.
I can produce Energy Performance Certificates for any existing home in and around Bristol and Avon. Check map for my catchment area.
